The Gilbert Foundation accepts formal grant applications ONLY after Board approval of submitted proposals.

If the proposal is accepted and your organization has not received a grant from The Gilbert Foundation in the past, a grant application must be completed, signed, scanned as a .pdf file and returned to The Gilbert Foundation along with all required attachments.

Organizations that have previously received grants from The Gilbert Foundation do NOT have to complete a grant application.

NOTE:  Please do NOT submit a grant application without first contacting The Gilbert Foundation.  Unsolicited applications will not be considered or accepted.  This policy is to prevent wasted time for you.  We must first ensure that there is a mission match and a reasonable chance of funding success before any submittals are made.
