The Gilbert Foundation welcomes grant seekers whose proposals create a partnership between the missions of our organizations.

Proposals should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the scheduled Gilbert Foundation Board Meeting

A brief update/summary is requested within twelve months of the grant issuance

    Proposals are placed into one of three categories:

  1. Accepted for application

  2. Declined

  3. Deferred until next Board Meeting

Formal Grant Applications are requested from Organizations new to the Gilbert Foundation, and ONLY if the proposal is 'Accepted' (see dropdown menu for Grant Application form)

NOTE:  the Grant Application form and all attachments are to be electronically submitted
